I tried to buy tickets that were listed as available, but when I went through the process, they weren’t really there. It felt like the availability wasn’t being updated correctly, which is frustrating and avoidable

"Didn’t get the seats I chose"
I booked aisle seats on purpose, but when it came time to actually sit down, we were put in the middle of a row much farther back. I contacted support and they basically said it was a similar seat, which… I mean, it really didn’t feel similar to me. If I wanted middle seats, I wouldn’t have paid attention to picking aisle seats in the first place. Just a frustrating experience overall.

"Seats were a lot worse than I expected"
I bought my tickets through Totally Tickets, i was disappointed once I got there. The seats were way off to the side, and the view was partially blocked, which definitely wasn’t how I understood it when I ordered them. For what I paid, I expected a much better spot.

I didn’t really hear much unless I went looking for updates myself. After a while, that gets frustrating, especially when you’re expecting things to be a bit more straightforward

"Same confusing experience again"
I tried using totallytickets.com, but it just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. The information was unclear, and I couldn’t really tell what was legit and what wasn’t. It felt like running into the same frustrating issue all over again, and I’m kind of tired of dealing with that. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I won’t be using it again.

"Price jumped at checkout"
I was frustrated with how the pricing showed up. I picked my tickets thinking I had a good idea of the total, but then once I got to checkout, extra fees were suddenly added on, and I started wondering if I had missed something earlier.
I get that fees are part of buying tickets, so maybe I was expecting too much, but I still feel like the full price should be clear from the beginning. It’s annoying to spend time choosing seats and filling things out, only to second-guess the cost right at the end.
In the end, it just felt a little misleading, so I closed the page. I probably wouldn’t use Totally Tickets again unless they show the full price upfront.

"Confusing order confirmation"
I bought tickets on totallytickets.com, the confirmation email annoyed me right away. It was so unclear that I couldn’t tell if my order was actually confirmed or if I was supposed to wait for some other update.
I don’t have the patience to keep refreshing my email and checking my account just to figure out what’s going on, especially after spending that much money. The details didn’t even seem to match, and something like this should be way more straightforward.

I bought tickets through TotallyTickets, then the event got moved, so I asked for a refund. At first I thought it would be straightforward, but they just kept telling me it was “being processed” without giving me any actual date or useful update.
After sending a few emails, all I got back were the same copy-and-paste replies. It’s been weeks now and the money still hasn’t shown up in my account. i regret using them in the first place and I won’t be doing it again.

"Not great, but I got through it"
I’ll be honest, the website was frustrating to use. I had to click around way longer than I should have just to find basic ticket info, and some pages were really slow to load. Checkout was also more confusing than it needed to be. I did eventually get it done, so I guess it works, but I wouldn’t be excited to use it again.

I’m giving this 1 star because the delivery method really wasn’t clear when I booked... I thought it would be straightforward, but after I paid, I had to go digging around just to figure out how the tickets were even going to show up?? Maybe I missed something, sure, but that kind of info should be obvious before checkout!!! It just left me stressed and annoyed...

"Canceling turned into a whole stressful mess"
I tried to cancel and didn’t expect it to be such a headache. I reached out to support and then basically got ignored for days, which made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. Really frustrating experience

I remember this working a lot better before, but this time it was just frustrating. I tried grabbing tickets last minute and they showed as available, so I figured I was good. Then checkout kept failing and nothing would actually go through. Ended up wasting a bunch of time and still missed the event...

"Tickets didn’t work at the door"
Bought tickets through totaltickets.com and it was such a mess. Got to the venue, they scanned the barcode, and it just wouldn’t go through. Staff said it wasn’t coming up properly on their system, so we were stuck standing there while everyone else went in. By the time anything got sorted, we’d already missed part of the event. Tried getting help from support but they were useless right when we actually needed them. Not using them again.

I only really understood how the buyer protection worked once I had a problem, it didn’t do much for me. When the issue came up, I expected there to be some real support or a clear way to get it resolved, but I ended up feeling pretty much on my own. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t say the protection gave me much confidence.
